Full renovation project to update the interior finishes and address damages caused by various hurricane floods over the years. Savannah Grace is located on The Palms campus which aims to be an all-encompassing aging-in-place community by 2026. Their vision is to start residents in the independent living community at Cooper Hall, then transition residents to assisted living in Grace Hall, and finally rest them in the memory care wing of Savannah Hall as needed.

Savannah Grace's memory care unit, dubbed The Bridge to Rediscovery, follows the Montessori method for dementia and aging. The Association Montessori Internationale defines the method’s goal as “supporting older adults and people living with dementia by creating a prepared environment, filled with cues and memory supports, that enables individuals to care for themselves, others, and their community.”
